| Completion of Senior Secondary 3 under the 3-3-4 education system (or Form 5 under the old 5-2-3 education system), or equivalent qualifications; and Level 2 in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) examination (or Grade E in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)), or equivalent qualifications. |
